Who am I?

Master Paco HUMEAU

A graduate of the DJCE at Rennes 1, a renowned business law school, I passed the bar exam in 2018 and was sworn in by the Rennes Court of Appeal in 2020.

Following solid experience acquired in business law within an international group in Paris and in renowned law firms in Nantes, I now work as a freelance associate with GUEGUEN AVOCATS.

Aware of the close relationship between the business world and real estate, and on the strength of my successful experience as an investor, I have gradually broadened my field of intervention to include real estate law.

Today, this dual expertise enables me to provide effective support to managers and entrepreneurs at every stage of their projects.
